Welcome to ProxyCompass! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of ProxyCompass and any related software, services, and documentation we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract with ProxyCompass. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet these criteria.
2. Service Rules
When using the Service, you agree not to:
– Copy or share any part of the Service publicly.
– Send spam or unsolicited emails.
– Interfere with the Service’s security or system integrity.
– Overload our infrastructure unreasonably.
– Upload harmful software through the Service.
– Harvest personal information from the Service.
– Impersonate others or commit fraud.
– Disrupt the Service’s functioning.
– Use unauthorized means to access the Service’s content.
– Circumvent any access restrictions to the Service.
– Resell or redistribute the Service without agreement.
– Engage in security breaches or disruptions of internet communications.
– Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of third-party rights.
– Use the Service for brute force attacks.
2.1 Fee for Processing Complaints
Starting April 2, 2024, we’ll implement a $30 fee for each complaint investigation due to increased administrative and investigative demands. This fee covers investigation costs and doesn’t negate rule violations.
Upon receiving a complaint, we’ll thoroughly investigate, informing the client and allowing them to respond.
Post-investigation, we’ll issue an invoice. The service resumes after payment within 3 days, assuming no rule conflicts.
For severe or repeated breaches, we may halt services without refunds, emphasizing strict adherence to our usage terms for fairness.
Fee waivers may apply if clients proactively prevent future issues, at our discretion.
3. Refund Policy
ProxyCompass offers a guaranteed 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. This refund will be processed in the same manner as the original form of payment. In order to initiate a refund, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.
Please note, we diligently monitor the number of refund requests. In instances of excessive refund requests, specifically more than three within a single month, ProxyCompass reserves the right to refuse the refund request.
Beyond the 24-hour window, customers may cancel their order. Refunds under these circumstances will be provided as a credit for unused funds on your internal balance. Order cancellations are permitted once every three days. This option can be accessed in your personal panel.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the proxies you have purchased, we encourage you to contact our Technical Support Team to process your refund.
By purchasing any product or service from ProxyCompass, you are agreeing to the terms set out in this Refund Policy.
4. User Accounts
You may need to register for an account to access certain features or functions of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities associated with your account. ProxyCompass is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services lawfully and not to violate any laws, regulations, or the rights of others while using our Services. You are expressly prohibited from using our Services for any illicit or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distributing malware or other harmful code.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including any intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of ProxyCompass and its licensors.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll make the updated Terms available on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use our Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use our Services, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of our Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any action related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProxyCompass is based, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
